Q: Is our credit card charged when we make a reservation?
A: No, your credit card is charged when you check out of the hotel. Your credit card will be pre-approved at check-in. Debit cards, however, are charged your full stay at check-in.

Q: Is parking available at the property?
A: Yes. Parking is available free of charge.

Q: Does the property have cribs or rollaway beds available?
A: Yes. Cribs are available free of charge. For an additional charge of 10$, rollaway beds are available.

Q: Do you have internet access?
A: Yes. Free wireless internet access is available in our lobby, food court area, pool area, and Vineyard Restaurant.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We have a P.A.W. (Pets Are Welcome) Policy. We are happy to welcome responsible pet owners to our hotel. Small dogs 40 lbs and under are welcome to stay in our special assigned Deluxe Standard Guest Rooms (limit 2 pets per room). We charge a non-refundable fee for necessary cleaning services. Certain rules apply.

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is at 4:00pm.

Q: May I check in early?
A: If your room is available, you may be able to check-in early. But we recommend you plan to check-in at 4:00pm.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is at 11:00am.

Q: Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
A: No, as long as you cancel your reservation 24 hours before your day of arrival.

Q: If I forget to cancel my reservation and don't show up, will I be charged?
A: Yes. You will be charged for your first night's room and taxes.

Q: What form of transportation is available to the resort from Orlando International Airport?
A: Maingate Transportation provides transportation to our hotel for a charge.

Q: Is transportation available to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks?
A: We offer a free scheduled shuttle service to the Walt Disney World® Ticket and Transportation Center. This provides transportation to all 4 Walt Disney World® Parks.

Q: Is transportation available to the theme parks other than the Walt Disney World® Parks?
A: Additional attraction shuttle service, by reservation only, is available for a nominal fee for many Orlando attractions including Universal Studios Florida®/Islands of Adventure®, SeaWorld Orlando, Wet n' Wild and the Orlando Premium Outlets. Our Concierge desk will be happy to help you make your reservations.

Q: How can I purchase attraction tickets?
A: We're very proud to say, for your convenience, you may purchase attraction tickets in our hotel lobby. Please see our Ticket Concierge in our front lobby.
